UBS became a substantial holder late in the takeover process. I think they were betting that the takeover would go through. Wrong bet! They aren't the only ones.
So now UBS have dumped the stock.
In hindsight, the board should have accepted the $1.27 offer. Far better than what we have now!
It's going to be months before I can get out of this dog.
