Sorry @Motors - Regal still had 45,786,681 shares at the end of Friday (yesterday's announcement saying 55,086,681 shares held on 25 May less the 9,300,000 sold on 26 May as disclosed in today's announcement).
Of that 45,786,681 shares held by Regal form Friday, 45,486,681 have been "borrowed" by Bank of America.
Bank of America's ("BoA") substantial shareholder announcement said they held control of a total of 49,531,462 (the shares borrowed from Regal plus 4,044,782 bought on market).
If BoA was to sell at more than 3,584,377 shares, then they would fall below the 5% threshold and have to file a ceasing to be a substantial shareholder notice, so unless that notice comes shortly I think I agree that BoA have not been selling in recent days. Therefore, I agree that share trading this week is likely to be largely retail.
