Fardy probably knocked back the CEO role as he would be expected to find a funding solution & Niv hoping Fardy might come to the party with some $? At least Fardy gets a first hand view of what his opposition was capable of & a list of clients? Also a board with no skin in the game anymore. What incentive is there to make this thing a success?
