Actually Dan had 30+mill & had invested a substantial amount a couple of years ago. So at least had a vested interest.
GC pet motel didn’t agree with the new direction & having a representative on the board would know more about where the business stands & bailed out while he could. There isn’t the order volume right now that would have cleared his holding.
I doubt Niv would have thought he’d bail out either.
A CR is coming without a doubt. TYM has to to have any hope of being solvent in coming months? It’s not going to be pretty at these levels hence why there is no buying other than dumps into lower buys.
