    No, according to the document, he has lost x% of his voting power, due to there being more shares on offer. This document is just outlining that fact.

    The extra 46 million shares is about 18.4% dilution, but in the scheme of things, it shouldn’t cause too much of an impact, most people will notice their holdings also drop by about 18%.

    The Cap raise has been a a bit of a godsend, setting WIN apart from their peers, and personally I wouldn't be drop $12million in this market environment unless I wasn't 100% sure it would be a WINner.
