    Next / S3 consortium were issued the 3.75m shares by HVY as payment for conducting stock promotional activities for the firm, see 14/07 ann titled application of new securities. Those 3.75m shares were not acquired on the open market

    incidentally, 3.75m shares @ .185 is $693k worth of shares. Not a bad payday for providing 'marketing services' eh.
