Looking at action in the last 3/4 months the .35c to .50c appears the managed area they will divest into, just by sitting it tracks up, they don't need to press plus who knows what position if any they want to hold.
Its a single holder and a fund after all, I don't give it too much thought to them other than IMO it is distorting value, time will tell if I am right.
