Let's be very clear Rossi you cannot ascertain from the notice that they didn't sell any either or that they haven't since that date back in April 2023 and they don't need to tell you in said notice .... we will never know now that they don't have to report anything anymore while they remain under 5% as they are no longer a Substantial Holder ....



SOI after Placement and CR are 179,631,786 shares @ 5% = 8,981,590 shares

..... and let's not forget in the scheme of things they only had to buy circa 882,000 shares in the CR (less than $150,000 contribution - petty cash for Fuji) to remain a Substantial Holder - shows a real lack of interest in or commitment to CYP from a global partner worth billions me thinks



..... and why wait so long to notify the market if it is no big deal ???
