definitely a possibility, but either way it doesn't appear to be significant holder or director dumping. Add to this sophs and pro's ran the ruler over BCB and put $40M in at 17c during the SPP.
That's why it's a buy from me, risky play for sure, but it doesn't appear significantly different to when it sat around the SPP price point.
