Why sell? Is it because of the risk of more US sanctions or something else?. Maybe Russian investment in Cuba will increase the chances of Cuba developing more projects and give Geominera/AAU more opportunities. Also there may be more access to buyers for refractory concentrate and maybe even an oxygen plant? Might not be all that bad.
