Yes, it would be a reason to sell if you are confident that a capital raising share issue is about to occur. I'm not so certain, as AAU has said it is trying to avoid it, effectively until the arbitration result is known. If so, those who sold early will should do well if they buy back near the current lows. It could go either way I guess.
