@kchil do you expect westpac trading customer service know about other vendors etf. It i the etf mangers who buy/sell/lend/borrow the underyling investment in etf, not westpac
As for australian super, ask to speak with someone that knows and have read their own fineprint.
Actually to be fair it is unlikely any customer service operative will know or care.
