@kchil do you expect westpac trading customer service know about other vendors etf.
I wouldn't expect them to know about the practise of all thier competition thus I did not ask. The purpose of my call to them was to see if those charged with acting in my interest, were doing so. I was satisfied.from my limited knowledge, they both were. Those with greater or deeper knowledge may know otherwise.
