Thanks Wallstreetyips1, same to you and GLTAH

I've a set of rules for myself to keep myself controlled and invest in long-term only rather than short-term. Being a day trader or short-term investing is not on the table at all. This being medium-term investment is not my typical kind of strategy and was in dilemma whether to go in yesterday or not just like you. But PEA just around the corner, it seemed logical (hope it turns out to be though).

Possibly the things may get slightly worse before they get better from here, but one can never time the market. I would only be worried if I was a day trader.

Hopefully PEA will be published with strong fundamentals and great NPV. Brokers reports look promising with more than benchmark discount rates delivering greater than $3B NPV although I believe we will be flying even if we hit conservative NPV of $2.5B like Dawg mentioned yesterday.

We're all on the same boat and very excited to travel the fascinating journey from here.
