Market is sheethouse all over so your funds arent being missed anywhere else. Govt's are helping themselves to people's bank accounts or in the case of Canada 'debanking' those who dont agree with govt narrative - basically the world is going to hell in a hand basket so hey what have you got to lose by staying put in GRV? nothing & with any luck mgt might pull a rabbit out of their hat and prove good on their word with the bitumen technology.
