Things are put in & pulled during the auctions, I think a computer or a fund comes in at end of day and makes the price close at whatever the average sales were. WAF has been acting pretty good of late since the 66 cent low, resistance is here at 76-77, it either goes up from here or it goes down again, I'm usually hopelessly biased for waf to go up (unless waf makes me depressed with it's problems).
