This actually makes sense now. Yesterday's "becoming" notice was actually issued in error.
the ceasing notice the day before which had the 2 transactions on it that made mufg the 5% holder and thus issued a becoming notice.
then first sentier became aware that they actually weren't they substantial holder and issued this notice with no transactions.
thats the way I see it and it makes sense to me as this is exactly what I was trying to wrap my head around yesterday.
dunno if it's deliberately trying to muddy the waters or a genuine error....
