I see what your saying re; exploration success. However it pushses evrything back to the new year after santa claus rally and then we will be getting permiting in the weak time of the year. The company will be taken out in a flash post ml grant and if they cant get the share price up then it will be a measly premium on current share price and a fraction of the projects value.
The best thing the company could do is a 50:50 mining joint venture like Goldfields does with juniors (eg Gold Road). Goldfields funds 100% of development for 50% of the deposit. I reckon this is a win:win.
