Looks like a housekeeping announcement because of the dilution. BlackRock still owns about 4.8% which is just under 5%? They did participate in the $3.20 placement, it doesn't look like a full on exit.BlackRock's been great. They bought 6-Jun at $3.71. That's the day I sold some. Thanks for providing the liquidity.
So there are now only 2 substantial holders of DVP (BB and MINres). Hopefully with the lithium business they can attract more retail holders. They really should update the top 20 shareholder's list given the changes in the register due to the ESS acquisition.
