Goody has only sold a fraction of his holding . If he was to start selling them all pre all the news that's due he is just going to depress the Sp further and lose more personal net worth which would just not make sense . Why only sell 2.0m and not more in that hit . It will surprise me if it was not just a small sell for some cash unless he really is trying to hurt the company ( other directors) at his own cost. He stands to lose a lot more than he gained from the litigation outcome.
