IMO it's not that difficult, he's done what plenty have done before him and sold just enough to go under substantial so he doesn't have to disclose what he's doing.
WealthHub facilitated the trades, looking at the following day they did 1 million even, the following day they lobbed a million on at 4.2 and as I said yesterday they did nearly half the volume. I will be able to see what that volume was made up of in 2 days but maybe its just all a coincidence.
In a market this risk off he could well be sitting there looking at the market cap of $65m with only a couple of million in the bank and be asking him self "how do you value this company at that?". Well that's what I would be doing anyway.
