    I don't understand your point. He was owed shares and wasn't delivered them that's why he initiated the action - it had nothing to do with valuation so the legal action from his perspective was a success.

    The shares effectively owe him zero so whatever he sells them for is basically profit. As I said maybe he doesn't believe in the company's valuation, who knows I'm only speculating as you are by second guessing what Goody is doing. No one saw him suing the company so why would anyone think they know what he's going to do with his share position?
