    Yeah but the point he makes is right. I’m doing just that in another stock. Just dropped to 4.998% no longer substantial, don’t have to disclose sales, but can start to dribble out without general SH knowing and scaring them off. Sure company will know and know I’m not happy!! Plus need to raise funds for something else.
