    The notice says 'on-market' sale. Not sure where you get the @17 from.It's basically Gannet Capital, Glen Poswell co-founder (& backed by Smorgan and Centennial). Depends on how much you trust this judgement.
    The fact that Datt scooped it up is a good sign.
