So this is interesting.
Following on from my previous post #69491607 - the final act in the Perennial Funds Management play occurred yesterday. No doubt they'll undertake a good post-mortem for the investment thesis here.
Perennial now hold no Adrad.
Their final 5.7M shares have been sold across the last 4 months. They net sold 329K shares between August and the day prior to yesterday. Yesterday, a block trade for the remaining 5.4M shares went through - and is the subject of the substantial holder notice also just released to the market with the new holder being Anacacia Capital (Anacacia now holding 5.7M shares total).
Average price for the 5.7M sold is 74.4c. Ouch, took quite the bath, given their average cost.
So this is interesting.Following on from my previous post...
