Cheeze this stock pricing is almost like a mining specky stock. Except it shouldn't be. The underlying company has been around for 30yrs.
I suspect to non-company specific issues:
a) With current market cap its no a nano stock, not even a small cap stock. Means less followings, less institutional money.
b) With a dividend pay out ratio of 30% odd (not a bad thing so the company can grow), even with the drop in share price, its dividend is nothing special.
We need to see the half year report.
Patience... patience.
There can be very good money to be made by these types of companies, especially if the disappoint post IPO (share price wise). The market abandons them, fund managers don't touch them (as fund managers need to hit their performance targets).
For myself, so long as the underlying business continues to grow, I am happy, one day the market will catch on.
But it can be a long and lonely wait.
Lets see
Lucky I didn't pay $1.60, I paid mid 80c for the first position and with a bit of dollar averaging downwards in the 70's cents.
