Is this how you read the attached the last 3 x "change / ceasing" notices?
As I read it that Alceon have increased their WZR shareholding by approximately another 48,900,000 shares on 20 December.
And that Brook Adcock:
19 December 2023 Notice - Sold down (via APET) approximately 13.8m shares between 28 November 2023 & 19 December 2023 - leaving Brook with 120.835m shares at 19 December 2023 (including the 41.717m shares held in Adcock Group Super).
20 December 2023 Notice - And then on 20 December 2023 (one day later), Brook Adcock then sold:
All the 41.717m shares in Adcock Group Super
Plus he sold another 49.113m shares in APET
If I have read this correctly, then Brook Adcock now "only" still owns approximately 30m shares in WZR - which are worth approximately $1.0m at the current share price.
If he continues to sell, then at current "normal rates of his selling", these 30m shares would only take another 2 months to "wash through" - assuming of course that the company doesn't arrange the sale of this last 30m shares.
Given this end to a large shareholder selling, & given the confidence from the $200m ABS loan that WZR have just negotiated, if there are some interest rate decreases in 2024 as expected, IMO 2024 should be a good year for this business.
