Note that while Adcock Private Equity etc has sold its holding, Brook Adcock still owns 120,835,951 shares in his own name (as recorded on the 'Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder' released on 21st December), representing 8.85% of shares on issue. It will be interesting to see whether Brook leaves some or all of that $4m invested in WZR....
