Mac is just another investor like us!
What he knows about the chip cannot be more than what we know. Otherwise, it would be regarded as inside trading!
He might have a profound understanding of the general technical aspect of the chip but in terms of the actual intracacy of the chip and its secrecy he is as blind as us, with no dis-respect to the gentleman.
There are many reasons people sell their shares.
Perhaps, this is a good time for DM and the Board to give an explanation on the status quo of the chip.
