Retention is evident. There were some explanations in a recent update on PL4 analysis that to DEFINE retention to a standard they could report would require additional work, resources and analysis that wasn't within the scope of the current suite of testing.
They aren't going to put numbers on anything that isn't performed to industry standard. To do so could seriously put the company in jeopardy.
You've twisted their unwillingness to put numbers on retention around and are claiming there is no meaningful retention, when the simple fact is the work hasn't been done to generate a set of numbers that meet industry reporting requirements.
