It is easy to know John Seton and Ray Shaw bought the shares because in the previous Top20 on 22nd Nov 2023, Seton and Shaw were not on the list (if options were counted, both of them would have been included in Top20 on 22nd Nov because their options holdings were not changed since 22nd Nov.
As a matter of fact, no companies ever showed Top20 list inclusive of options, ever. Options are options. Shares are shares.
It is easy to know John Seton and Ray Shaw bought the shares...
