That leaves them sub 5% of the MC, tends to explain the encouragement the market has had to get to where ASH is at present!
The announcement is for 1,474,184 shares, looking at the prior announcement the had 5.49% of the MC, have dumped just over 1% more to take them under the major share holding whare they need to advise of hldg changes.
So if recent dumping is to continue? What is yet to unfold? - still approx 6.6 Mil. held & it may present better buying points? if the last few days are any indication of their activity!?
