The 400K reduction was in the "BECOMING" substantial holder. This is now back under 5%. Maybe they started selling and the reduction of 400K was just the beginning. If they wanted to take over the company why sell 400k shares?
If I was going to take over a company I would try to buy more shares, not sell them LMAO
