my guess is guidance on how they need to handle price sensitive announcements with FABS and IDM
this will avoid the balls up surrounding DBH
I see it as CH priming the ASX moderators for the imminent news drops...
hopefully it lets the ASX appreciate the significance of company requests and "PRICE SENSITIVE" news
