IMO, the credibility of a big specialist hydrogen investment fund doing their DD on HZR & taking a significant stake.
Strange though as there was no ann in Aug 2023 when they took up shares & from what I can see, they have approx 4.8% of the company so are not a substantial holder i.e. not over 5% so why do they have to lodge this ann ?
Why they didn't participate in this CR ?? we can only guess.
Big free float of shares in plebs hands so HAZER would potentially be an easy target for a decent T/O offer.
