there are about 6 years gap between the initial land purchase to conversion to cash flow. LIC doesn't seemed to have an issue with the sales but there seemed to be a delay in the settlement. due to this, the funding becomes tight. should they not raise the capital, there will be a widening of the 6 years gap and this will then affect the performance of the company in terms of financial numbers. As the settlement cashflow come in which is approx over 280m, the company could resume business as usual. i hope. The business model that was so successful remain intact? i think that is the question, any investor should think about.
