see the list above at end of March still hold 5m+ so can't be all sold out. after the sell of 2m on 8/1/2024 he was no longer a sub holder so don't require to report anything and if you look at the number of shares acquired from placement 2.5c (it should be total 5m shares from two tranches) os basically he sold all the 2.5c placement shares
