Depends if this guy went all out. Maybe he just wanted to cash out a certain amount. But the price movements through March does show that a lot of volume was sold so you are probably right. He isn't the only one but looks like that excess selling volume has been absorbed by now. A sign of a bottom and reversal at play after todays trading.
