My understanding is it means nothing.
State street became a substantial holder of 5.02 %.
When a asx co becomes a substantial holder of 5% plus they must make a asx announcement.
When state street or one of their subsidiaries sell some shares to reduce that holding below 5% they again must make a asx announcement in this case more than .02 %.
And why in last announcement it does more state their holding position because its below 5%.
If state or one of their subsidiaries again buys some tls and its holdings go above 5 % u will get another announcement..
