They might of seen your post about Canada exit..seriously lol
zip IR obviously determined that their operations in Canada were not generating significant revenue or didnt have a substantial impact on their overall business so they deemed it unnecessary to disclose on asx imo....
if the decision to exit Canada could potentially have a material impact on zippys financial performance or strategic direction... they may have been obligated to disclose it but who knows... even a non-price senesitive annoucement would of been nice to explain the reasons further incl. revenue and ttv in CAN
