Fantastic timing to say the least

Now a further 1.3m shares @ 12.5c . He now has 30,313,900 shares left which we will now have no visibility into future selling as he is now below 5%.

Lets see what the next bad news announcement is. It shouldn't be long in coming given past history of brilliant timing above!
There is now no hope of the shortfall shares being placed at 19c to raise a further $10m
There will definitely need to be a further capital raise prior to the end of the year.
Perhaps DR will ride to the rescue again with another $2m convertible note deal exercisable at 4c ?
As I have stated we are all being treated like mugs by this mob- disgraceful
