I can't see how they can get out of this.
Commencement on site is dependant on the environmental requirements from government, but government aren't held to a timeline to advise what the requirements are. NRZ could receive a list of questions/requirements tomorrow or in 2 or 3 years time, so could they last another day, yes. Another 2 or 3 years, no.
Revenue from China is the only hope, but realistically, is it or was this ever going to eventuate?
The debt is frightening and only getting worse every day.
So the answer is more when, not if in my view.
