I can’t see how they’ve been “played” by the Koreans. The Koreans would make a fortune from the project going ahead, are owed a decent sum of money PLUS they’re down massively on their $15M odd equity stake.
They’ve also supporting the company, with everything I can see (which includes leniency of their debt, albeit with interest accrued).
