A China Hydrogen announcement is long over due. This was first announced over a year ago.
With the yanks out should an announcement come that we have $50M incoming from 2 sites then we can really fly based on new information.
For now this is just a random pump.
Some plausible reasons hypothesised above re Chinese in town but that’s all we have I go off for now and fair value on its way back.
