That's not my reading.
State Street is lending out so many shares to shorters that they no longer qualify as a substantial holder.
Interesting to see Blackrock on the list, alongside Macquarie (a small amount) and Citibank.
Happy to stand corrected in my interpretation.
The high volumes we've seen are mostly between account trading, IMHO, rather than 'conviction' buys/sells.
You can't compete against the bots, all you can do is buy-and-hold or get out completely.
