I bought in on expectations building industry conditions would improve after the governments announcement to build 1.2 million new homes.
I got spooked too with this drop in sp.
It's obvious this pie in the sky target can't be met, and the opposite is happening with building conditions with building insurance premiums to increase by 65% in August this year.
