Wouldn't the positive spin be for every seller, there is a buyer? So who has a lazy $5M that they are willing to shell out in a company that really hasn't done much for the last 3 years. And, it looks like they paid 14.5c a share, so it wasn't a fire sale that they got them for. Must mean someone has some confidence in EGR's future.
