If my memory serves me correctly, these are the shares VMC assigned when Youami asset was consolidated. They are under escrow and now VMC is free to sell them. This may explain why nobody wants to buy RXL recently.
VMC has always like a cancer to ROX, sucking out blood for many years. But the initial asset structure set the destiny. Who knows if VMC will soon start to sell the shares to fund their board's lifestyles.
Not a good news for sure.
