I am surprised that the end of the escrow period even warranted an announcement? It was disclosed 12 months ago.
For those who are worried that VMC are going to drip feed RXL shares into the market, that would be very surprising to me. I would expect a single sale to a large shareholder. Speculation that Hawkes Point would be a buyer is reasonable.
