Yes, I am noticing the same, buyers are arriving early in trade on the back of decent silver price nights. Then they let the bids build up and enough strength to see us into the green, then they dump in the afternoon above 10c. It has been happening systematically like this for a week now and this announcement is proof that it is Regal responsible imo.

The positive is that they have dumped around 4M shares now, if they decide to get rid of their full 13M then we have another few weeks of it max. However perhaps they are only going to exit half their position and we may only have another week of it. Either way, at least a week longer to get in at these bargain levels imo. A great time to be accumulating more as this silver bull period starts to get prepared for lift off!
